When you think, you
influence or mold
energy into a direction
or form.

Expressing in an incarnate form is part of the soul’s journey. However, when actualizing into bodily form, there is a tendency to become engulfed in matter and to forget about the immortal nature of the soul and the origin of our existence.

Part of our experience in life is to exercise the creative processing of mind; the forming of thoughts which plays a critical role in the molding and transmuting of universal substance, hence, to play a role in the evolution of the Universe, in its growth, expansion, and progress, as intended by God. We are an integral and inseparable part of God’s intent and work. We are not only a part of creation; we are also creators, through the use of mind.

In metaphysics, there is a law that energy follows thought. When you think, you influence or mold energy into a direction or form. Sometimes those thoughts are created with such power and conviction, that they imprint the substance surrounding us; in other words, they have been given life. Your thoughts are born into expression, much like an infant being born into life. In fact, your thoughts can be so powerful that they can impact and imprint the collective mind of humankind as well. These thoughts can become fixed and attached to your mind, body and soul, and carried with you throughout your soul’s experience and journey.

Regeneration means to be “born anew”, or “spiritual renewal or revival.” In other words, you find the spiritual part of you that has always existed, but has been forgotten by the experiences which life brings us, i.e. temporal experiences with time & space, measurement, feelings, and the like; limitation. Regeneration is becoming reacquainted with the immortal, spiritual part of our soul.

There was an animated TV ad from the late fifties that illustrates what I am attempting to convey. This lovely white Persian cat, replete with diamond collar and pampered environment, is reclining on a chaise. She is nervously shaking and states, “I am a neurotic you know.” She explains that she doesn’t understand “…how you can get a Square meal into a round can”, her mouth forming each geometric shape. The gist of the ad is that she was driven to near madness trying to reconcile two opposing ideas and forms, and she missed the real point; the essence of her square meal was in the meal itself and not the shape of the can. Don’t forfeit your happiness and sanity by quibbling over differences in concepts. Accept the essence for what it is regardless of the appearance. Give up your limited notions for the eternal, and you will pass through that doorway because you will have shed the debris in your mind, body and soul.
