...you can remove
the power of the
myths of your mind
and change your
belief system...

At some level, most of us believe the mind, body connection is the key to good health, we can manifest abundance in all areas of our lives, we can create our own successful future, we deserve happiness and joy in our lives, and we have the gift of intuition and our higher power to guide us. This is the whole truth.

So, why are so many people in our wonderful country plagued with depression, lack of confidence and self esteem? The reasons will vary, of course, but it usually comes back to limited beliefs we carry in the subconscious mind––in other words, the myths of your mind. Most of these limitations were instilled early in your life by either parents, teachers, siblings, friends, or school mates. Most of the myths were accepted by your subconscious mind before age 10. These could include many forms of negative programming and beliefs, none of which are actually true.

These myths of your mind could include limited beliefs resulting in fear of failure, fear of success, poor self image, lack of motivation, the feeling of not deserving all the universe has to offer. These myths hold you back, keep you down and manifest what you really don’t want.

The good news is this limited belief system can be eliminated, giving you a new lease on your wonderful life and allowing you to live the whole truth. You are what you think and say about yourself. You don’t need to accept your inner critic or the negative comments from others. If you find yourself using habitual negative self talk or if you find yourself surrounded by people with poor energy, limiting beliefs, and negative behavior, perhaps it is time to set some boundaries around and for yourself. Self depreciation becomes a habit. So does accepting negativity from those around you.

Using tools such as hypnosis and self hypnosis, you can remove the power of the myths of your mind and change your belief system to bring you success, confidence, self esteem, good health, happiness, abundance, peace and the whole truth. That which you focus on, grows. Focus on what you want and deserve. Spend time creating what you really want and deserve in your life. Write it down as if you already have it, say it, and think it. This is creating success at the conscious level. Once you have done this, you are ready to move into the reprogramming of your subconscious mind where your truth resides. Your subconscious mind is the control center for your life. All of your beliefs, habits, and emotions are stored there. Your subconscious mind also controls your body and your health.

You can think of your subconscious mind as a giant file system with millions of files. It does not think, criticize, analyze, evaluate, or have opinions. Our subconscious minds believe, as fact, the programming we have filtered through our conscious minds and stored there.

Think, for a moment, about every experience you’ve ever had, every person you’ve ever met, every thought you’ve ever dreamed or imagined, everything you’ve ever learned, every virus, bacteria, illness you’ve ever felt, every smell or taste you’ve ever experienced. If you take this entire history down to a cellular level, you will find all of this information in your subconscious mind. The brain is the most powerful computer in the universe and you have access to it.

When you are in hypnosis or self hypnosis, you are in a natural, relaxed state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. In this state, your subconscious mind is much more alert and can bypass your conscious mind. In this state, your subconscious mind is ready for change. Memories are not fact. They are interpretations. They are not the whole truth. Change in your belief system is a powerful tool in your subconscious mind and it is your path to the whole truth.

A good hypnotherapist can facilitate changes in your subconscious programming. You can also use self hypnosis to begin to create the whole truth in your powerful mind. We all go in and out of hypnosis many times every day. Daydreaming is a good example. I offer you this lesson in self hypnosis which can move you closer to finding your whole truth. So take some time to make yourself comfortable. Take a deep breath and let your mind go quiet. Take another deep breath and relax all of the muscles from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Imagine a wave of relaxation moving down your body. Take a third deep breath and let your mind drift deeper down into relaxation. In this state you can start to create the whole truth. What is it that you really want in your life, health, money, career, relationships, family, spirituality, and personal growth?

Talk to yourself in a positive way, connect yourself with your higher power, follow your intuition, manifest, and focus on what you want. As you do, the whole truth will be revealed to you. It feels great. Doesn’t it?
