If we all wished for Peace and Good Will through the holidays, why have we not created it?
Look into our lives and ask, “Am I at peace right now?” We can create a more peaceful world through the collective efforts of individuals creating peace in their own lives.
(1) Hold the intention to create peace, so your mind has some direction. Left unchecked, it creates activities, justifications and rationalizations for doing things to create stress and discord. Value peace and commit to create it. (2) Meditate to find greater clarity, happiness and peace.
(3) Forgive. Not feeling peace? You are focusing on something in your head––a resistance to letting go of what’s bothering you––just let it go. When we forgive, when we all let our anger and resentment go, we can live together in happiness and peace.
