health, attitude,
world––we need to
become aware of
what we are
thinking, saying,
and listening to.

You have heard “Thoughts are things”. Our life is a direct reflection of what we unconsciously or consciously think. Everything is energy and energy is vibration. We can only attract like-vibrations to us, everything else is repelled.

The secret to changing life or changing health, is becoming aware what thoughts, beliefs, judgments, laws we play over and over in our mind––attracting like into our life. Our thoughts shape themselves into a giant magnet, drawing to us whatever we focus upon. This is not a judgment––good or bad––just how we become “self-conscious.”

Action is the bridge between the inner and outer world. We seem to have an endless dissatisfaction about our life and want to change our physical world. This only causes more chaos. Why? Because we focus on fixing the exterior and not on the unconscious, so nothing improves.

Limitations exist ONLY in your mind. The words we use over and over draw dramas and traumas, to wake us up to our own limitations, illusions. It is a matter of focus.

We can choose to focus on opportunities, or obstacles. We can admire successful people wanting to do more things like them, or resent them and complain. We can act in spite of fear, or we can let fear stop us.

Personal dissatisfaction on the conscious level of attitudes and emotions becomes constructive when it pushes us to become wiser, stronger and more loving. A divine discontent that urges toward self-improvement is a good thing. Self-acceptance means recognition and acceptance. Our true essence is not the script playing in our head. In the best sense, self-acceptance implies recognizing what we have, loving it and using that to go forward in life. To do this, we open the window of our mind to all possibilities.

It has been said: “Enlightenment is falling in love with yourself for the first time.” We must go inside to change our character, values, ethics, beliefs and then return to the outer world and test those changes through challenges.

Like reruns, unconscious scripts play day after day, until we take action to turn them off. When we resolve to create a more self-conscious, balanced and harmonious life, change will happen.

This is where the true meaning of forgiveness and judgment come into effect. Judgment is the act of recognizing the result of an action or reaction and Forgiveness is the act of changing how we act, or react, into something different.

To change our life, health, attitude, world, we need to become aware of what we are thinking, saying, and listening to. The easiest way to do this is consciously create “habits to wake up.” Soon these new habits become an active part of our unconscious mind and stop those unconscious programs and scripts from running away with us. As we stop reacting to everything going on outside of us, we can start creating new thought patterns and successes on the inside. Then, like a magnet––because we have changed––our life and our world will change.
