We have the inherent ability to attract into our lives
those people and experiences which will enhance our world, and bring us
joy, fulfillment and completion.
We have all heard the childhood stories which begin something like, “Once upon a time there was a princess...” Almost invariably, the story culminates with the beautiful princess riding off into the sunset with her handsome prince. And of course, they live happily ever after! We close the book with a sigh, perhaps thinking to ourselves that it was a lovely story, but it was just a fairy tale. It could never happen in real life. Or could it?
Why can’t our dreams come true? The truth is––dreams are magical experiences ––and there is no reason why they can’t come true! We have the inherent ability to attract into our lives those people and experiences which will enhance our world, and bring us joy, fulfillment and completion. It’s not nearly as impossible as it might at times seem.
In a previous article (March/April 2006), I wrote about manifestation––and outlined some simple steps which can be utilized in assisting desires to become reality. In a nutshell, it helps to take a few moments to reflect and clarify specifically what you truly wish for. You then write the details out clearly in the form of a “wish list.” Say a prayer, and trust that God, your angels and the Universe will bring those things to you in absolute divine timing.
Personally, I have used this technique several times when wishing to manifest some very significant things in my life, i.e. a new home; business; and soul mate relationship. Without fail, each of these desires materialized at the perfect moment. Gratitude is an integral part of the formula for making dreams come true, and I suggest saying a prayer of thanks for the blessings you receive.
In the July/August 2005 issue of this publication, I wrote with exhilaration about the wonderful man whom I had recently met. The budding relationship with Brian fulfilled every aspect of my life, and he felt like the puzzle piece which had been missing from my existence. Truly, it was a dream come true, and the dream continues to this day. On September 23rd of this year, I will ride off into the sunset with my knight in shining armor. We plan to have a magical wedding––Renaissance style––and I predict that we will indeed live happily ever after. I wish the same happiness for each one of you, and I would love to hear about your dreams coming true!
