...there’s opportunity to heal emotional wounds and trauma with forgiveness and self-forgiveness.
Past life regression is a way of examining your physical journey and how it contributes to who you are today. It helps to explore and understand your karma, behavior patterns, food preferences, talents and favorite foreign countries. It can also identify the origin of certain traumas and fears, such as why you’re afraid of water or heights. It’s one of the more useful tools for self-growth and mastery, and it’s something you experience, rather than having information told to you.
How many times have you met a stranger, and feel like you’ve known them forever? That instant connection is not by accident. Doubtless you’ve met before, and most likely more than once. Perhaps you have a family or romantic history with that soul. Past life regression opens the door to getting the karmic history of the relationship. I’ve had many clients use regression to uncover insights and information regarding intense relationships, whether it’s a partner or a workplace colleague who dislikes you for no apparent reason. You’ve probably made soul contracts and karmic agreements with that soul to meet in this lifetime in order to get triggered and ultimately learn and grow from the association. Uncovering conflict and karmic debt is normal in regression sessions.
Past life regression is wonderful for starting to clear and resolve karma. Within the regression session, usually facilitated by a Hypnotherapist, there’s opportunity to heal emotional wounds and trauma with forgiveness and self-forgiveness. Since the client is in a relaxed state (or trance state), different healing modalities can be utilized within the session with optimum results. After all, it’s good to identify circumstances, but then what do you do with the information?
Awareness is just the first step in the healing and growth process. Sometimes a client will have a past life regression session that is pivotal in their spiritual growth. They’re inspired to move from one level of mastery to the next, knowing they’re on the right track. Of course, it’s best to have an open mind and heart, and not judge yourself. The more open you are, the better the results. I always recommend that beginners to the technique practice centering themselves or meditate in order to get comfortable with being relaxed. Be honest with yourself and admit any fears or anxiety you may have before going into the regression. These can be addressed and processed with the Hypnotherapist in the beginning of the session.
