Orignal Poems by new Poets
Surprises Hidden Within: As poets expand their creativity--their
general journaling and daily logs start developing into something other
than just text. Subconsciously, the mind's eye begins to take control
of the hand and from it flows original phrasing. The spirit within
begins to awaken and the body starts to learn another technique. Now,
this wondrous means of expression takes over the soul as the
terminology grows. All the aspects of our essence responds to rhythms
and poetic devices, striving towards a future elegance. Poetry carries
each to levels of healing and fulfillment previously unknown, when we
open our hearts to accept its surprises. --Albert Lee Moran

Some Sounds produce Nitric Oxide in our bodies One of the most basic questions in the emerging field of modern sound healing is: “How does sound produce healing?” Over the last 35 years, I’ve been involved in pursuing an answer to

Body in Balance: the electrical, chemical and emotional machine.

balance, the health of your body will be negatively affected. |

Within the meditation on loving kindness
In doing Meditation On Loving-Kindness, the meditator concentrates on
the Crown and Heart chakras while the hands are raised forwards with
the intention of radiating the compassionate healing energy of Buddha
Kwan Yin, and simultaneously chanting the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum".
"Om Mani Padme Hum" is the mantra of mercy and compassion.
To experience one's Buddha Nature, it is necessary to
activate the Crown chakra, which is the center of universal love,
universal compassion and illumination. The Heart chakra is the center
of human love, the emotional heart. The Crown chakra can only be
sufficiently activated when the Heart chakras has been sufficiently
activated first.
