The word for the day is worry.

When I start to worry about the future, I remind myself to turn over the problem to God/Universe. Solutions come when we stop worrying about the problem.

“Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen.
Keep in the sunlight.”
― Benjamin Franklin

“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.”
― Leo Buscaglia
