Infowars.com reporters expose GMO false advertising with "Nothing Artificial Ever" claim and still selling unlabled GMO foods.
"In this Infowars video, investigative reporters Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton uncover a massive corporate lie at Whole Foods. On camera, a Whole Foods executive admits the company sells masses of GMOs, just like every other store in America. And yet the company has a giant logo emblazoned on the side of its store, claiming, "NOTHING ARTIFICIAL, EVER."
GMOs are, of course, artificial. They are "engineered by man," not naturally created by nature. This makes the Whole Foods marketing claim false and misleading. Even fraudulent.
Whole Foods is lying to its own customers about GMO!
Coconut and Coconut Milk are the latest boutique "miracle cure," This one, however, seems to have some real science behind it. It has been found to give us a lot of health benefits including help with blood pressure, diabetes, and a lot more. And it is yummy, although many brands are tasteles so pick the good ones. Also use the unsweetened kind and add your own Stevia or Agave Nectar. I sometimes mix it with Almond milk. Really good.
This is a good video on the benefits of Coconut Milk.
Last month, we reviewed the book, The Baby Boomer Diet, by Donna Gates
Here is her video. I enjoyed it and I'm sure you will too!
I reviewed this book in the last update and found it to be invaluable for presenting a balanced, nutritional way of eating that helps slow down the aging processes as we enter the "golden years." I for one am not going to age gracefully. I have too much life to life yet to succumb to the ravages of time coupled with treating my body like a garbage heap. There are wonderful ways to eat right and NOT feel deprived. This isn't a diet as much as it is permission to live free of many of the age related problems that so many of us take for granted as "normal." Mostly, I believe they are not normal but a result of a lack of information about how food affects our body and mind.
So go on and live life at its fullest for as long as you are here.
Luke Broad discusses his book and his ideas about Living in the Moment.
Editor's Notes: I found Luke on LinkedIn and was impressed with the book he sent me for review. I'm an NLP trainer, studying with the founders and I have a great respect for it. He's right, I believe that change must come from within and that it is possible. Pairing NLP with the law of attraction is, in my never-to-be-humble opinion, genius. It's like vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, simply divine. Thanks for writing this, Luke.
I Love California Deserts. The land is laid bare and stark in some of mother earth's most breathtaking beauty. This is a collection of my trips around the wide open spaces. So sit back, take the convertible top down and feel the clean, crisp air on your face and the wind in your hair.
