I'm going to share this and give some footnotes which I highly recommend you follow up on. I can't give all the back ups for the info  in this article but I can direct you where to do your own research. Some of this information is going to knock your socks off. I don't think you can or should believe it, the first time it's exposed to you.

Many new age groups are talking about moving into a new Golden Age and how the evolution of all humans is upgrading. Some people who channel are saying similar things.

If you've been reading my previous articles in The Messenger, you'll have noted that I am the principal author of The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce? with David Wilcock. While I was in the middle of writing the book, I found myself in the midst of my own channeling  experience with an intelligence that contacted and tracked me through two consecutive personal relationships. This Source identified itself as the Council of Elohim and took credit for the creation of the physical universe. So I had a lot of information accessible to me that was not ordinarily known. I have never been a fan of channelled material. Like who's talking and can you really truust them? It took me 3 years to validate the Sources I was in communication with. 

Everything today is about change – the three “ts”: transformation, transmutation and transition. It is funny how we spend much of our time trying not to choose. We somehow think that if we stand still and put our head under the cover, the choice we need to make will go away. As I started to write this article today, I was interrupted by a telephone call that I knew was coming and a decision that would need to be made that I had been putting off and rationalizing. I simply did not want to have to make the decision and so I had been standing still and treading water for some six months. The vibrations on the Planet now are intensified. We are being required to make a firm decision on the direction we wish to take. We are being asked to decide if we are going to move forward in our evolutionary pattern, or if we want to exit the Planet and pass up this unique opportunity that according to some mystics and sages occurs approximately every 26,000 years. 

Patron Angel of Peace and Calmness

Archangel Chamuel is a protector for the earth from lower bound energies.  I call upon Chamuel, when I need help for peace and tranquility in my life, in the world, seeking a spiritual soul mate relationship, and career transitions.

The key is to ask yourself how can I serve; see yourself swirling in a cloud of white light with expansive unconditional love. Breathe in and exhale, the words center, calm, peace, and love. You will feel Archangel Chamuel’s kind, loving sweet energy. Love is always around you and you do not have to search for it.

Yesterday for my meditation class we continued to use the practice of Maitri. The  basic idea of Maitri is that we are able to see ourselves in a loving non-judgmental way. We then extend this idea to a person who is very dear to us, then a stranger or person who you may see from time to time but have not developed a relationship with, and then finally to a person who may have hurt or disappointed you in some way. 

The idea is really to understand your own unique qualities and human traits and learn to have compassion for yourself. When you begin to accept yourself as human with twists and turns you can live more comfortably in your own skin so to speak. As you become more relaxed you are able to let go of things that once had an impact within you. You develop a more real and authentic self. One which is defined by you and only you.
