The overview of the month is listed below and will be in operation throughout 2012, regardless of when your birthday is.
Figure the number of your year by adding your birth month to the day of your birth, plus the number 5, for 2012 (2+0+1+2=5). Keep adding the numbers together until you are left with one digit between 1 and 9.
For instance, if your birthday is November 24, you would add 11+ 24 + 5 (for 2012), and the total would be 40. Add 4+0 = 4. If yours comes out to a double digit, reduce this number by adding the total together until you only have one digit. For example, 12 would be added as 1+2=3. 3 is the final digit, so your number for 2012 is 3.
If you have a number that contains a zero, such as 10, add it as follows (1+0=1). If your total is a double digit number such as 11, add each number together until you get only one digit. (1+1=2) Personal years work in nine-year cycles, so we are only concerned with numbers 1 through 9.

June 2013

You may want to take a breather this month. Smell the flowers, be with nature, take a trip, or spend time with a special interest or good book. More rest and meditative time is extremely restorative as you enter the summer months. It’s a year that requires a lot from you as you develop new ideas or directions, and during June the focus is on delving more deeply into who you are and why you are here. Old relationships may resurface for healing or resolution, and new ones may feel like student/teacher. It is a significant month, full of richness for those who are willing to utilize the time wisely.
2– Focus now on bringing more balance and harmony into your everyday routine. Where are you spending too much time at the expense of other areas in your life? You are a system of energy, and so is your life – so look to see where it requires more hands on direction and focus, and where you need to lighten up and delegate. Powerful people can assist you, and you may be singled out for recognition or praise. But you also may find that things you didn’t take care of previously now come back to haunt you. Key to the month – take care of each thing as it comes up to the best of your present ability. You don’t have to be perfect – you just have to be persistent.
3 – The focus this month is on completion and release. Things that have been left undone now need to be finished. Whatever has outlived its purpose in your life comes to conclusion, and your task is to find gratitude for the good and growth it represented to you – not to see yourself as being left or losing. Source is our supply, and when we confuse that and put people or things in the position of being false “gods” we have to go through the disillusionment process so that we come back to what is true. When you look for the larger meaning behind all appearances, you can be inspiring and persuasive. As you reflect that to others, many good things come your way.
4 – Plant seeds for the future. Get involved in situations where you can network and meet new people. It’s time to bring your voice forward and to assert the courage of your convictions. Leadership positions or the need to be self-reliant now confront you. As you walk in strength and pay attention to inner guidance rather than impulsive momentary wants, you make decisions that are well thought through and will provide meaningful opportunities as the year unfolds. Give others the dignity of their input, but be aware that the final decision for what is right for you has to come from your inner knowing and connection with Source.
June offers the unexpected. There may be a sudden feeling of connection or disconnection. Brilliant flashes of intuition can strike you, requiring that you translate what you receive into some format that is understandable to others. Disruption occurs to move you forward, so be ready to shift when necessary. If you start to doubt yourself, remember that you are in partnership with life. As you choose thoughts, food, and people who are supportive and uplifting, a richer tone emerges. If things take longer than you want, remember that when seeds are germinating, they sprout in their time, not ours. Patience is required. As you do your part to insure quality, life will do its part to provide results.
6 – Find a merry band of friends and enjoy yourself. Bring more color, humor, and creative outlets into your field of experience. You have the power to attract others to you, including increased finances. The child within or children without may require attention and can be a source of inspiration and delight, or call upon you for compassion and nurturance. Emotional issues may arise through others, and as you reflect bright possibilities, it’s up to them to take your advice or not. For you – focus on being a light beam of inspiration, persuasion, and make this month as playful and soul satisfying as possible. There are other months to hunker down and be more serious!
7 – Look at the foundation points within your life. Are they built on a strong or wobbly foundation? Where do you need to see things for what they really are rather than what you have wanted them to be, and what does that look like? You may have decisions to make regarding patterns from the past that you now find limiting and restrictive. The opportunity is to strengthen alliances or rebuild with greater knowledge. Death and rebirth issues arise. As you are willing to risk to the unknown, you can leap over barriers that have previously held you back. Whether large or small, this month offers opportunities to transform portions of your life. Forge ahead – believe in yourself – and emerge victorious!
8 – The focus is on movement, change, and communication. Travel, unexpected events or unplanned company require alternative arrangements in case something shifts suddenly. All together June is an active and demanding time. But it can be very adventurous, and you can meet unusual and interesting individuals who help you to advance. There are also a few power players along the way whose motives are less than honorable, so you need to be discerning and be sure to read the fine print in all contract negotiations. Give yourself some free time to help keep things in focus and to catch your breath – but don’t hesitate to open your arms to embrace all that life has to offer!
9 – Family, traditions, values, responsibility, ideals, health issues, love and compassion – just a few of the things that are up for review this month. You may have a tug of war between personal wants and impersonal requirements. Attachment/non-attachment, pettiness/high-mindedness – opposing human emotions that require you to take stock of where you are in relationship to expectations and fixed opinions about how things “should” be. Observe how your body reacts to the different areas of responsibility you have. Sometimes “No” is appropriate. If you feel burdened and obligated when you take on tasks, it is time to delegate them to others. Heartfelt action brings great rewards and appreciation – so move more and more in that direction and experience the love that comes pouring back in return.
