As you breathe out visualize or repeat in your mind what it is you have chosen to focus on. Keep breathing into it until you experience a complete, full and natural release from it.
If it’s a question, the answer will be the absence of the question. You are the answer, breathe through and be it.

Intent – What are my intentions?
Purpose – What is my purpose?
Expectations – What are my expectations?
Source – Where am I coming from with this?
Let’s say “a better relationship” is the focus.
Example: What are my intentions with a better relationship?
What is my purpose with a better relationship?
What are my expectations with a better relationship?
Where am I coming from with a better relationship?
Breathe and repeat each question in your mind one by one. Breathe until the question is no longer there. Don’t get stuck trying to find an answer. The absence of the question is the answer. You are the answer. Breathe it. Own it. Don’t sell it.
