As you live in a greater experience of heaven,
you create a field of possibility around you for
others to join..

“The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone.” — George Eliot
I have to share this heart-wrenching story that a crew member shared with my stand-in co-worker and myself last week on the set. He just came out of the blue and started sharing that he is in therapy with his wife for counseling. The most important words that he stated over and over again is the “missing opportunity”, being romantic and having time with his wife, as well as being emotionally available. He elaborated on how a crew member in the entertainment business works grueling long hours, sometimes fourteen to sixteen hour days, in a twenty-four hour period. The money is very good, six figure incomes, but the sacrifices that are made, will add up, tremendously. The demands to provide for his wife and family are in ornate. He as an individual is mentally, physically and spiritually challenged on a twenty-four basis. On the weekends, just catching up on rest to get ready for the next week is very, very challenging. He likes to catch a game on TV, have a few beers with his male friends at a local bar, and just hang out with his loved ones.
He stated just to arrange down time with his significant other will lead from one day, to the next week, to a month and before he knows it, a year has passed. He asks himself what happened to their intimate relationship. He even told us that he has asked his own fellow crew members the same question. They all replied, “missing an opportunity”, who finds the time any more, to be romantic or intimate with your significant other. My co-worker and my self empathized with him and told him that he is at least are doing something about it. He is taking action by marriage counseling, opposed to doing nothing about his romantic issues.
I asked the Romance Angels to surround him with love and light and to give him strength to keep providing for his families needs, as well as making the time to bring romance back into his life with his wife.
Perhaps the most gentle of all angelic interventions takes the form of fragrance. This can be so subtle that at times it leaves people wondering if they have imagined it. Others, however, find an angelic fragrance to be so distinctive that there can be no doubt about its origins. I have heard such fragrances described as unique combinations of flowers, spices or essential oils aromas that are, quite frankly, beyond description.
You may be familiar with the saying ‘if life gives you lemons-make lemonade! In other words, we must make the very best of what we have. Many people feel they have been short -changed and have very little of worth but often they are not looking in the right places. If we concentrate on the small blessings, they will certainly grow. It is sometimes difficult to always look on the bright side so a little practice might be the order of the day. Positive thinking goes a long way to solving problems and reliving difficult situations. The familiar expression ‘what goes around, comes around’ is absolutely true. If we give out positive vibes to the world, the world will return them.
I have a friend for whom the sound track of her life is “everything happens to me” she has a most negative view of life with the result that of course, everything really does happen to her! She sets herself up for rejection and failure, so much so that all her friends wait for the disasters to happen. She firmly believes that there is not point being optimistic because life will always let her down.
Once upon a time I decided to get a tattoo. I knew where it would be and I knew what it would look like. A fairy angel with a magic wand.
She would flitter above where my left breast use to be and out of her wand would be dashes of golden angel dust. The sparkling bits would be full of blessings and they would be singing thanks to that most treasured part of me that sacrificed so much so I would live.
I am talking about breast cancer, loss of a body part but this is not a sad story. Fact is I can have fun at any time of most any day, two boobs or not. Like the time shortly after surgery when I walked into my kitchen during a birthday party for Jesus on Christmas Eve.
