What are your positive traits?
What special talent do you have?

List three. If you get stuck, ask those closest to you to help identify these. Are you imaginative, witty, good with your hands? Find ways to express your authentic self through your strengths.

Many folks play down their strengths or just don't recognize them. Think of things that you do easily, you may be surprised at how difficult the same task might be for someone else.

Here's a secret: in order to live your best life––focus on your strengths and developing them. Many people and organizations focus on improving weaknesses when in truth, there is little to be gained here. As much as possible, delegate those tasks related to your weaknesses and cultivate those that make your heart sing.

There's a terrific book entitled. Now Discover Your Strengths by Marcus Buckingham and Donald O. Clifton. The book describes 34 positive personality themes (such as Achiever, Developer, Learner, and Maximizer).

In the book cover you are given a website and code to be able to access their assessment online and instantly discover your own top-five inborn talents.
