When we rest our heads on the pillow each night, we generally have no idea as to what surprises or adventures await us in dreamland. Following is a remarkable account of a unique dream which held a wondrous message for a young lady named Paula.

Paula had an extremely close relationship with her father, and had been experiencing profound sadness since his recent passage into the spiritual realm. While alive, he had promised Paula that she would receive a special ring which belonged to him. Her father had been given this beautiful ring with a small diamond in the center upon retiring from his company. After her father’s death, Paula searched through the house innumerable times looking for that ring, to no avail; it was nowhere to be found.

During this past September, a month after he had passed on, Paula began to experience nightly dream appearances from her father. After nearly a week of visits, the evening arrived when her dad had a very direct message for her, wherein he said that the ring she had searched for was right there in the dresser.

The next day, Paula did exactly as her father had instructed. Following his guidance, she went to the one drawer which contained his most important and treasured belongings. In that drawer, where she had looked before, she saw a box right near the top. Opening the box, she was astonished to see her father’s ring! Paula had looked in that same box so many times before, but it had always been empty. Even more incredible is what Paula learned when she told her family about finding the ring. Her mother gasped in disbelief, as her father had sold that very ring to a pawn shop years earlier.

It is mystifying, when those who now reside in the spiritual realm are able to reach through that invisible veil and cause a physical manifestation to occur. Yet, that is precisely what happened as part of this fascinating dream experience. From the spiritual plane, Paula’s father was able to reclaim the keepsake which he has always intended his daughter to have, and place it in a location where she would be able to discover it when the time was right.

We are often left to ponder how this type of phenomenon occurs, just as Paula wondered how her father could possibly have placed his ring in the box within the dresser drawer for her to find. In our human state, certain things are meant to remain enigmas. After all, how predictable and dull would life be if we were given all the answers in life? Divine mysteries serve to remind us that we are never alone, and that we are guided and helped in our daily lives by those in the spiritual realm––often without being aware of this ethereal assistance.

In this particular case, Paula’s departed father did something very significant so that she would have no doubt that it was he who left the ring for her. Not only that, he left his daughter with a precious memory to accompany the ring. This bond of love does not change with physical death, but continues on into the spiritual realm. Paula’s father visited her in dreams in order to convey this important message to her. Wisely, Paula chose to act upon her dream and received a prize she would never before have believed possible. She wears her father’s ring with pride, and feels that having the ring keeps their bond very strong. Pay close attention, for you never know when your dreams will contain a hidden treasure.
