Treasuring the Golden Light--Our Life Force

 

It is often difficult for people to value themselves, because they do not believe themselves to be a superbly wondrous God-created temple and have no comprehension of the phenomenal, mystical Energy housed within that temple.

This astounding Energy is what we call Life Force. For example, it takes energy to do anything, anywhere, anytime. It takes Energy to move our bodies, to generate thoughts, dream and create cars and more. All these things come from the ‘mind’, but it takes energy to drive and operate the mind. Where does the mind get its power to be, to think, to imagine? The answer is the Golden Energy!

Only through this Golden Energy does the spark of life exist and only through this Golden Energy do things appear and disappear in our universes. It is through this Energy that we are able to enjoy these things and learn something from the experience. Notice the key in all of these phases of creation is ENERGY.

What if you knew you carried a power within you, greater than nuclear power? How would you use it? Through the God Force’s creative power that has been placed within us, we have the ability to create, maintain and dissolve universes. How do we do this? Through our choices! There is an ancient teaching, which states, “the world is as you see it” and so it is.

One of my teachers, Baba Muktananda, used to teach that in order to instantly change the world around us we should put on new glasses. If you wake up to find the day is gloomy and gray, but you put on golden-tinted glasses the world immediately changes for you, appearing brighter. So if you don’t want something to exist in your life any more, by choosing to make changes, you have dissolved the previous world around you and placed yourself in a new world.

Likewise, if you are happy and content and then allow negative thoughts to convince you to choose destructive actions, you can suddenly find yourself outside the gates of your previous Heaven. The power of your thoughts and the power of the ENERGY you infuse those thoughts with can create or destroy any perceived realities you focus on, moving you from one world to another. As we choose what to believe, what to sustain and what to let go of in our life, we are constantly birthing, maintaining and dissolving the world around us. This Golden Energy gives life to all that it is directed towards.

There is an energetic teaching that ‘wherever your attention goes, your energy flows’. Likewise it is also true that wherever your energy flows your attention goes. An Impeccable Warrior respects the Golden Law that attention and energy travel together. To walk as an Impeccable Warrior of Light you must understand that your Golden Energy gives life to any thoughts you pour into it. In so doing, you can choose very wisely and vow to maintain a positive point of view on all your life situations.

 

DREAM THE DREAM,

NOT THE NIGHTMARE

 

A basic teaching in positive thinking is that ‘if you can perceive it, you can achieve it’. This means that if you choose to invest your Golden Energy in dreaming your life dreams and then proceed to feed it Golden Energy through self-effort, you can witness its manifestation in your life. You have the God given gift to choose, so choose to use your Golden Life-Force for ‘dreaming the dream’, by choosing to focus on your positive dreams, instead of your fears and worries.

What kind of world you will live in depends on the thoughts, visions and inspirations you are choosing today, this very moment. Many people let the dark thoughts consume them with negative images of bad luck, bad health, bad relationships, etc. In this way, as they entertain these scenarios, they are ‘dreaming the nightmare’.

Whether you realize it or not, you never have the luxury of utilizing your Golden Life Force casually. Every seed planted will move towards blossoming with every moment that passes. Unless you start tending your garden with a fierce devotion to its radiance, you can easily find yourself overrun with weeds. The Impeccable Warrior of Light chooses to invest their Life Force wisely, by choosing to build their life as a testament to the Spiritual Principles of Beauty, Balance, Wisdom, Courage, Faith-fullness, Strength and Devotion to God/Spirit.

To walk as an Impeccable Warrior of Light, we must regard the Golden Energy, the Life Force, as Sacred. This necessary awareness requires that you utilize it with the utmost respect, vigilance and wisdom.
