Good Scents

There has been a lot of excitement, about what’s going on in the heavens. The planets are lining up, there are eclipses and much more. I noticed an interesting retrograde in May and June. It involved Neptune and Uranus retrograding in the same sign ––Aquarius. I am interested in noticing patterns and these retrogrades have to do with creativity. I think the influence of these have been felt for months and will continue to be felt for many more months. There has been a firestorm of creative energy blasting through people’s consciousness. It sets the juices bubbling with great ideas and projects. Along with this comes a feeling of urgency to accomplish them.

This is the pattern. Have you been feeling it? The retrogrades are just beginning and will continue for the next three months.

What does it all mean? It feels like a "heads up" for everyone who might be feeling this increase of creative flow.

We have each been given a means to express ourselves in some creative way. This is part of our spiritual path, and an important part of the reason we are here in the first place.

Those who have found their creative expression know the spiritual growth that accompanies the act of creation. Those who haven’t allowed themselves this expression are going to find themselves in one tight bind in the months ahead.

Here is the dilemma. On one hand you will feel the pressure of creative ideas along with the need, the urgency to express them. On the other hand, every bit of fear that accompanies change, the doubt that hampers creativity and the criticism from those who are locked in their own fear and doubt––will also become intensified.

At this point in time it seems that Spirit has an urgent need for every bit of inspired creativity to be released, for every possible channel to be opened. You are a creative channel. Spirit is trying to flow through you, into your life and into the world, through you.

We aren’t just here to take up space. We all came here for a reason. We have individual gifts, along with a unique vision and ability to share our gifts. We are all one in Spirit, but we are also individual expressions of that same Spirit. We are each one needed in the cosmic choir. Our voices need to be heard. How can we sit silent when this is the very reason we are here?

If you are already in the creative flow, follow it to wherever it leads you. Spirit will guide you and inspire you at each step. If you have been blocking your creative energies, now is the time to open yourself up to the guidance you have been receiving. (Or else prepare for a Cosmic Roto-Rooter experience!)

Even if you aren’t sure about where you’re supposed to be going, take a step in any direction. Put yourself in motion and Spirit will take it from there. Don’t concern yourself about what the world might think. It only matters that you allow your spirit its unique expression.
